Throughout my career, I have focused on risk mitigation in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on injury management, injury prevention, and pre-employment screening. Working as a physiotherapist I realised the importance of matching the right person for the job to minimise injury. I now have the immense pleasure of working clients at a high strategic level to mitigate risk across a wide range of industries, from SME businesses to large Multi-national enterprises in both the private and public sectors.
